This is the Wikia account for the "Rimfax" commenter at Hit & Run.

I'm a libertarian in the Northern Virginia suburbs of D.C., but I never make it to any of the meetups. I hate driving into the city on weekdays, even on nights. Finding parking is a fucking ordeal and finding a place that you don't already know where it is usually involves about an hour of walking around.
