Reportedly, the staff at Reason Magazine have, for years, frequently receive critical letters and email with sentences that begin with the phrase, "For a magazine called Reason," or something to that effect, followed by their opinion of just how unreasonable a given article was.

Over the course of the years, arcana such as this has accumulated, but you might not find it in the archives of the magazine. The Reason blog, Hit & Run, has created a whole new arena of culture that a newcomer might have difficulty deciphering. This wiki, hopefully, will help those who know the work of the Reason Foundation, Reason Magazine, the Hit & Run Blog, and Reason.tv to archive the in-jokes and whatever else seems to need archiving for the new readers to enjoy.
